This is a song by a very accomplished Japanese and ENGLISH singer, which to me is always surprising in the Japanese entertainment industry. To me, alot of times when an actress claims to have proficient english skills, yeah, the grammar is good, but the pronunciation is horrible. But Utada, she's the real deal. You might be familiar with her from the Kingdom Hearts series. She did the openings for both Kingdom Hearts 1 &2, for both the English and Japanese versions.

I've been an avid fan of hers for several years now, I own her english album, But since this website is solely for foreign language songs, I'm posting my personal favorite on the Japanese-language spectrum of her music.
Often I love reading the English translations, It's like reading poetry.
As for the video, yes, that IS the official video. This song was used in one of the Evangelion movies/shows, so they synched several of the characters mouths to fit her singing.

Okay... I've got to let you guys know now. If I don't get suggestions on languages to look for... Most of the other-language stuff will probably be Asian oriented. Because as I'm an anime lover I'm already pretty familiar with websites in which to find Music Videos for.
